materials
All materials are chosen specially for outdoor use to suit both contract and residential applications. All products are 3 years guaranteed, but many of our customers have been using our products outdoor for over 12 years.
Outdoor Fabrics
The fabrics are solution dyed with high fade resistant quality, which are available to be cleaned with bleach, and the fabric colors will remain steadfast.
Wickers
The wickers are high-density polyethylene resin, which have high suppleness, tear resistance, UV resistance, weather resistance, and are non-toxic and friendly to the environment.
Ropes
The ropes are made from either high strength polyester yarn, or 100% acrylic fibres. The rope fibres guarantee a lasting high tension and provides an excellent resistance to all weather conditions.
Table Top Materials
Our tempered glass table tops are durable and stain resistant. Other options include highly durable HPL (High-pressure Laminate) material and plastic wood that are made of a proprietary blend of Polystyrene (PS), including recyclable plastic such as foam cups and tableware. We also have scratch and weather resistance material like sintered stone.
Powder Coating Colours
We use #6063 marine grade aluminum with Henkel pre-treatment and AkzoNobel powder coating. This premium quality aluminum and superior finishes make Artie furniture very resistant to corrosion.
Pillows
Our pillows are made with 100% solution-dyed fabrics with water-repellent and stain-resistant treatment. The fillings are with a high-resiliency polyurethane foam wrapped in soft polyester covered with non-woven fabric.
